What type of payment method do you pay the salary?

We pay only by transfer to a bank account.

 

Can I get a salary in cash?

No. We send the money to the workers by transfer to their own bank account.

 

When do you pay the salary?

You are going to have your salary in your bank account from 10th until 15th of the following month.

 

Can I take advance payment?

Possibility to take an advance after the first worked week.

After the first week of work there is a possibility to take an advanced payment.

We understand many workers need a certain amount of money before the payment of the first salary. Because of that, during the first month we can transfer a maximum of two payments in advance.

 

How can I make an advance payment?

Registration for an advance payment can be requested on Wednesday until 14:00. You should write the request to your coordinator.

The advanced payment is scheduled for Thursday or Friday.

 

How much advance payment can I take?

The first advanced payment is 100zł. For the second advanced payment you can take another 200zł.

 

Do we sign an agreement?

Yes, we signed the agreement with all our workers.

 

If I don’t have a Polish bank account or PESEL number, how can I make one?

We help making Polish PESEL (Polish identification number) and opening bank accounts, for workers who don't have a Polish bank account (Santander bank) for free.

 

Where and when I need to arrive?

Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00:

~Registration (arrive at the office) until 12:00 if you don't have a Polish bank account .

~Registration (arrive at the office) until 14:00 if you HAVE a Polish bank account.

 

Do I need to pay for something?

All our vacancies are free for everyone! We don’t take any additional costs from workers.

You need to have money only for food, travel tickets to the workplace or hostel (if you need to stay in a hostel).

 

If I arrive after 14:00 to your office?

If you arrive after 14:00, we reschedule the registration to the next working day.

 

If I arrive at Warsaw Zachodnia-West Station, will someone pick me up?

We meet candidates at Warsaw Zachodnia-West Station 2 times a day:

-8:30

-11:30

Those who arrive later will have to get to the office on their own.

 

How to independently drive to the office from " Warsaw Zachodnia-West Station"?

10 minutes with WKD to the station "OPACZ", then from the station to the office 4 minutes by walk.

 

How can I reserve a vacancy for me?

For reservation of a vacancy for you, we need:

~ First page of passport (Photo)

~Date of arrival at the office

~Telephone number (must have service in Poland but If you have WiFi, you can use WhatsApp or Viber)

~Vacancy

 

For how long can I reserve a vacancy?

We can reserve the vacancy for you for a maximum of 5 days!

 

Who do you recruit for your vacancies?

We accept everyone:

-Is 18+ years

-Has Valid days of Biometric passport, or has valid Schengen zone country: TRC or visa.

-Valid (minimum 3 months) passport

 

Which nationalities do you accept?

We accept workers from all the world (Except Russia and Georgia). But if you have 2 citizenships we can accept you with the second one.

 

If I’m outside the Schengen area can you make a work permit for me?

 

No. In order to do that you must be in Poland or the Schengen zone.

 

Where can I stay if I arrive after 14:00?

You can stay in hostels:

- Województwo Mazowieckie, Powiat Pruszkowski, Michałowice, ul Świerkowa 9, 05-816

(+48 518 689 822) 50,- PLN per night;

- Aleja Krakowska 153a 02-180 Warszawa (+48 517 075 800) 50,- PLN per night;

- Moździerzy 2, 01-321 Warszawa (+48 575 690 447) 50,- PLN per night;

- Your own hostel.

Costs of hostels are on you!

 

When I already signed the agreement. What do I need to do next?

After signing the agreement, you are obliged to write to your coordinator a message on Viber or WhatsApp: last name, first name (as in your international passport), polish phone number and name of the project for which you have registered (the project name is located in the upper right corner of the vacancy description form).

After that the coordinator will give you all the information.

 

After signing the agreement. How can I go to the work location?

50 km from the office, the coordinator brings you by car.

Further (50+km from the office), the coordinator brings you to the train station and gives you step by step information. (Till which city by the ticket, who meets you there, etc.). Ticket cost is only by your side.

 

If I have a question. Who can help me?

In our company, all organizational issues are resolved by coordinators.

Do you make a visa or TRC for candidates?

We don’t make visas.

We make TRC for everyone who needs it. With priority for People whose documents (Visa or TRC) end earlier.

 

Do you provide accommodation?

Yes, but not in all vacancies. You need to confirm that information with your recruiter.

 

How much do you deduct from the salary for accommodation?

We deduct a maximum 300 zł per month for accommodation. Electricity, water and heating are included

 

If I want to leave the company, How much time in advance do I need to inform you?

You need to inform your coordinator 2 weeks earlier.

 

Where can I find my salary per hour?

You can find your salary per hour net in the agreement and the introduction document about the vacancy.

 

Can I change the vacancy inside your agency?

Yes, without any penalties if you inform (in advance) your coordinator.

 

Do I have medical insurance?

Yes, with our agreement you have medical insurance.

 

If I get fired, will the salary still be deducted?

No, you will receive your whole salary. The payment is done until the 15th day of the following month. Also you can choose another vacancy within our agency.
