Payments & Salary
What method do you use to pay the salary?
- Salary is paid only by bank transfer to a Polish bank account.
Can I receive salary in cash?
- No. All salary payments are transferred to the employee’s own bank account.
When do you pay the salary?
- Salary is transferred between the 10th and 15th day of the following month.
Can I take an advance payment?
- Yes. After the first worked week, you can request an advance payment.
- During the first month, a maximum of two advances can be requested.
How do I request an advance payment?
- You must contact your coordinator on Wednesday before 14:00.
- Advance payments are transferred on Thursday or Friday.
How much advance payment can I take?
- First advance payment: 100 PLN
- Second advance payment: 200 PLN
Agreement & Documents
Do we sign an agreement?
- Yes. All workers sign an agreement with our company.
If I do not have a Polish bank account or PESEL number, can you help me?
- Yes. We assist workers in obtaining a Polish PESEL number and in opening a Santander bank account. This service is free of charge.
Arrival & Registration
Where is the office located?
- Godan Serwis
- Ryżowa 84, 05-816 Opacz-Kolonia
- Monday–Friday: 08:00–16:00
What time should I arrive for registration?
- Without a Polish bank account: arrival before 12:00
- With a Polish bank account: arrival before 14:00
What if I arrive after 14:00?
- Your registration will be rescheduled to the next working day.
Do you pick up workers from Warsaw Zachodnia (West) Station?
- Yes. We meet candidates at:
- 08:30
- 11:30
- Candidates arriving later must come to the office independently.
How do I reach the office independently from Warsaw Zachodnia (West)?
- Take the WKD train to “Opacz” station (approx. 10 minutes).
- From the station, it is a 4-minute walk to the office.
Accommodation & Living
Do you provide accommodation?
- Accommodation is available for many vacancies. Please confirm with your recruiter.
How much does accommodation cost?
- A maximum of 300 PLN per month is deducted from salary (utilities included).
Where can I stay if I arrive after 14:00?
- You may stay in a hostel (cost covered by the worker).
- Your recruiter can recommend nearby options.
Recruitment & Eligibility
Who can apply for your vacancies?
Anyone who:
- is 18+ years old
- has a valid passport (minimum 3 months)
- has a valid Schengen visa/TRC or biometric passport days
Which nationalities do you accept?
- We accept candidates from all countries except Russia and Georgia.
- However, if you have a second citizenship, you may apply with the second one.
Can you make a work permit for me if I am outside the Schengen area?
- No. You must already be in Poland or Schengen to apply.
After Signing the Agreement
What do I need to do after signing the agreement?
Send your coordinator:
- First and last name (as in passport)
- Polish phone number
- The name of your assigned project
Your coordinator will then provide further instructions.
How do I travel to the workplace?
- If the workplace is within 50 km — the coordinator drives you
- If more than 50 km — the coordinator takes you to the train station and provides travel details
- Travel ticket costs are covered by the worker.
Additional Questions
Do I need to pay for anything?
- No. All vacancies are free of charge.
- You must only cover personal expenses such as travel, food, and hostel (if needed).
Can I change my vacancy within the agency?
- Yes, without penalties, as long as your coordinator is informed in advance.
Do I have medical insurance?
- Yes. Medical insurance is included with your agreement.
If I get dismissed, will anything be deducted from my salary?
- No. You will receive your full salary, and you may choose another vacancy within the agency.
How much notice is required if I want to leave the company?
- You must inform your coordinator at least two weeks in advance.
Where can I find my hourly salary rate?
- All salary details are included in your agreement and vacancy introduction form.
